Education Cox Charities' education pillar supports organizations that enhance the traditional classroom experience.	Military We aim to fund programs that connect active-duty personnel to family and friends and support our veteran population.
Conservation & Sustainability As part of our focus on preserving and protecting the environment, this pillar provides funding for programs that create positive environmental change in our communities.	Youth Development We’re proud to support a variety of nonprofits that improve the quality of life for underserved youth within our communities.
SoCal Strong! Nonprofit grant requests are accepted from any city within our service areas - San Diego, Orange County, Palos Verdes and Santa Barbara.	The Cox Charities Advisory Board The Cox Charities Advisory Board, made up of nearly 40 Cox employee volunteers, will consider requests from eligible 501c3 organizations.

2020 Timeline

August 1-31:

Application period for 2020 will open.

Fall 2020:

Advisory Board will review submitted applications in September and notify nonprofits by late October.
